SANSOM PARK, Texas — A man was shot and killed in Sansom Park Friday morning, according to police.
Police responded to the shooting in the 3100 block of Skyline Drive and say they found Richard Applegate, 42, was shot and pronounced dead at the scene.
The two male suspects fled on foot, police said.
The Sansom Park Police Department is asking everyone in the area of Skyline Drive, Crowley Street, Comanche Street, Cowden Street, Calloway Street, Joshua Court, and Jalah Court to check their video cameras for images or footage of persons walking or running around the area between 4:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. Friday.
