DALLAS — Dallas police have arrested and charged a 28-year-old man in connection with the robbery and assault of a Dallas woman.
DPD says they arrested 28-year-old Manuel Hernandez-Hernandez and charged him with Aggravated Robbery on Sept. 30. According to DPD, Hernandez-Hernandez was just one of four suspects involved.
Dallas police responded shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, to a home in the 4800 block of Elsby Avenue, and say an investigation determined four suspects robbed and assaulted a woman.
Police didn’t release additional information about what happened or provide a description of the suspects.
Police sources tell WFAA there were rumors the incident was connected to the Venezuelan gang Tren De Aragua, but there is no indication the incident was gang-related.
According to jail records, Hernandez-Hernandez is being held on a $200,000 bond.
