ARLINGTON -- James Bowie High School in Arlington was placed under lockdown mode Monday morning.
The Arlington School District tweeted that a "suspicious person" was in the area Monday morning. School is not in session, but senior registration is taking place.
Things resumed to normal when the lockdown was lifted at about 12:30 p.m.

Arlington PD says a person was thought to have had a weapon around the campus, but surveillance video and a building sweep came up with nothing.
