IRVING, Texas — The Irving Police Department says it's made an arrest following a standoff involving an occupant who reportedly wouldn't exit a stolen vehicle.
Police said in a tweet the incident took place Monday afternoon near West Rochelle Road and MacArthur Boulevard. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
