FRISCO, Texas -- Police have released a photo of a suspect they say was recording an underage girl in a changing room at a Super Target store earlier this month.
The incident occurred at the Super Target store in the 3200 block of Preston Road in Frisco on May 3.
According to Frisco PD, once the story hit local and social media, they began receiving tips from across North Texas. Those tips confirmed the suspect in the case is 29-year-old Charles Sidney McKissack III. Police say he often goes by Chad and is from the Corsicana area, but may be homeless.
An arrest warrant has been issued for McKissack for invasive video recording. Anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call police at (972) 292-6010.
