FORT WORTH, Texas — One person was hospitalized after being shot in a “road rage incident” in Fort Worth Friday, police say.
Police say they were called to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth shortly before 8 p.m. Friday about a person who’d arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound.
“Officers interviewed the victim, who sustained a gunshot wound believed to be the result of a road rage incident,” Fort Worth police said in a statement. “The incident possibly occurred near I-30 and Lancaster Ave.”
Police said the victim is being treated for “non-life-threatening injuries,” and they’re still looking for a suspect. Detectives are investigating the incident.
