FORT WORTH, Texas — A 60-year-old man was shot and killed inside his car Saturday, Fort Worth police said.
Police responded to reports of a shooting around 10:53 p.m. on Oct. 19 at the intersection of Miller Ave and Richardson Street, Fort Worth police said in a press release.
Officers found a victim with multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
"Detectives found that the victim and another person had come to the location to order food," Fort Worth police said in a news release.
The victim, later identified as Patrick Morgan, was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
Investigators believe Morgan was shot while sitting in his vehicle waiting for a friend to return with food, police said. The incident is under investigation, police said.
