DALLAS -- The Texas Department of Safety (DPS) and Texas Crime Stoppers are offering cash rewards for information on three of Texas most wanted criminals.
Known Bloods gang member Jimmie Jerome Hinders is now on the 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list. Two men, Carlos Eduardo Rios, 22, and John Arthur Volker, 49, were added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list.
Up to $10,000 is being offered for information on Jimmie Hinders, 27. Hinders is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and parole violation. He has ties to the Dallas area and an extensive criminal history, including burglary and other felony violations.
Hinders is described as 5'8" and 156 pounds, and has multiple tattoos, including POE on the back of his left hand and a marijuana leaf on his neck.
Up to $3,000 is being offered for tips on Carlos Rios, who also goes by Shaggy. He has ties to the El Paso area. His criminal history includes arrests for sexual assault of a child. On two separate occasions, Rios used social media to lure juveniles to his home for sex. He has violated parole and failed to register as a sex offender.
Rios is 5'6" and weights around 120 pounds.
A $3,000 reward is also offered for information on John Volker, who is a repeat offender. He is wanted for indecency with a child, sexual contact, and failure to register as a sex offender. He has been arrested before for acts with two girls, ages three and nine.
Volker is 5'11" and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He is known to work restoration jobs and has ties all over Texas including Splendora, Spring, Conroe, Houston, and Humble.

Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
Text the letters DPS followed by your tip to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
Go to the DPS website, select the fugitive you have information about, and click on the link under their picture.
Submit using Facebook at this link by clicking the SUBMIT A TIP link (under the About section).

The Texas Department of Safety Warns not to attempt to apprehend these fugitives, as they are considered armed and dangerous.
