DALLAS — A man was shot and killed during a fight in Dallas on Tuesday night, police say.
Police responded to the 4500 block of Silver Springs Circle shortly after 7 p.m. Tuesday and say they found Maikal Izaipe, 25, shot outside a home. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and Izaipe died at the scene, according to police.
Investigators identified Naudy Hernandez Perez, 25, as a suspect, and a warrant was issued for Hernandez Perez for murder, according to a news release.
On Friday morning, officials confirmed that Hernandez Perez was arrested in Medina County in South Texas.
Police say it appeared Hernandez Perez shot Izaipe after the two got into a fight. Police say they knew each other.
