DALLAS — A man was arrested and charged with murder after a man was found fatally shot in southern Dallas, police said.
Officers responded to a shooting call at about 8:25 a.m., Sept. 27 in the 1700 block of Overhill Lane, Dallas Police said in a press release.
Police found the victim, 36-year-old Zachary James, shot at the scene. He was transported to a hospital where he died the next day, police said.
Dallas police arrested 65-year-old George James and charged him with murder in connection to the shooting, police said.
