DALLAS — A 17-year-old suspect has been arrested in the Dallas shooting death of 38-year-old Raul Torres, who died from his injuries Sunday, police said.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting at about 11:50 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5, in the 3500 block of Munger Avenue, according to a press release from police.
When police arrived, they found Torres shot. He was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries Sunday, Aug. 11, police said.
Police identified a suspect and issued an arrest warrant for capital murder for Francisco Bautista, 17, police said. Bautista turned himself into the Dallas County Jail on Tuesday, Aug. 13, according to an update from police.
