DALLAS — A 46-year-old man was fatally shot in East Dallas, police said.
Renne Gonzalez was identified as the victim, according to a police news release.
Officers had responded around 11:40 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12 to a report of a shooting in the 800 block of Wayne Street, near Lindsley Avenue.
Police determined that someone shot Gonzalez and then left the location. Gonzalez was taken to a hospital, where he died.
On January 11, police arrested Luis Munoz, 48, on murder charges. Munoz is in custody at the Dallas County Jail on a $1 million bond.
