DALLAS — A woman died after police found her unresponsive inside of an apartment near Old East Dallas Wednesday, police said.
Investigators found that the woman died from "homicidal violence," police said in a press release.
Officers responded to a call around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of N Haskell Avenue in Old East Dallas, according to the release.
The woman was found unresponsive inside an apartment. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and the woman died at the scene, police said.
Police did not immediately release the name of the victim.
The incident is under investigation.
