DALLAS — The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office is looking into the cause of death for a man who was found unresponsive by officers late Wednesday night, police say.
According to Dallas police, officers responded to a "burglary in progress" call at about 11:30 p.m. in the 7100 block of Fair Oaks Avenue.
When they got to the scene, police said they found a man, identified as 42-year-old Danny Walker, unresponsive inside the home.
Walker was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced death.
Walker's cause of death has not been confirmed as of Thursday morning.
Police said an investigation is underway and has been referred to the Dallas County Grand Jury.
