DALLAS -- Police say a woman found dead Friday morning in Oak Cliff is D'Lisa Kelley, a pregnant Dallas mother who had been missing for a week.

Her body was found Friday morning in the 1200 block of Presidio Avenue.

The Dallas County Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy to determine how the woman died and Dallas police are investigating the case as a homicide.

Kelley, 24, disappeared about 5:30 p.m. on March 7 after leaving her grandmother's house, which is less than two miles away from where her body was found. She was taking a bus to attend her best friend's wake, police said.

Authorities have said one of her sister's received a frantic, apparently unintended call from Kelley about 6:45 p.m. that same day. The sister told police she heard a disturbance in the background and that Kelly was screaming for someone to get off of her.

The call disconnected. Her sister tried to call her back, but couldn't reach her. Shortly before 7 p.m. Friday, the received a text from Kelley stating, 'Call you in a minute.' That call never came.

Kelley's family reported her missing on Saturday, police said.

Sources say there were sightings of Kelley over the weekend at a restaurant in the Stemmons Corridor. A waitress told police that Kelley was crying and saying she was going to Arkansas. She was reportedly wearing the same leopard print tights that she disappeared in.

Kelley was also spotted at a hotel in the same area Wednesday night, sources say.

Authorities have asked that anyone with information about Kelley's death call 214-671-4268.
