McKINNEY – A state judge from Collin County who was convicted last week of accepting bribes will not have to go to jail.

Suzanne Wooten will, however, serve 10 years' probation.

She was found guilty of accepting money to finance her 2008 campaign in exchange for future favorable rulings in court.

Wooten was suspended with pay after being indicted last year.
