ARLINGTON, Texas — A 23-year-old man was shot and killed at a nightclub overnight, Arlington police said.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 5:25 a.m. Sunday, Nov 17 in the 3200 block of Justiss Drive, according to a press release from Arlington Police. As officers arrived on the scene, several vehicles were seen driving away from the nightclub, the release states.
Police located a victim with multiple gunshot wounds lying unresponsive in the parking lot, the release states. The victim was declared dead on the scene.
Shell casings were recovered from the parking lot and detectives are seeking surveillance footage from surrounding businesses, the release states.
Police believe the victim and many others were attending an event at the nightclub, the release states. Police did not release information about potential suspects and no arrests have been made, the release states.
