A fight between two men Saturday night in Dallas left one man fatally wounded and the other man facing a murder charge, police said.
James Labrew was found with gunshot wounds at about 8:45 p.m. in the 3410 Fordham Road at the Bonita Gardens Apartments, Dallas police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Xzavien Ausborne, 23, faces a murder charge. His bond was set at $40,000.
Ausborne was detained at the scene and later interviewed by detectives, police said. Ausborne admitted to detectives that he shot Labrew after a fight, police said. He was transported to Lew Sterrett Jail.
