WYLIE, Texas — A visit to a friend's house ended with a North Texas man being robbed at gunpoint.
The Wylie Police Department responded to a report of an aggravated robbery at about 2 a.m. in the 2700 block of Lakefield Drive on Thursday, June 20.
The victim told police while he was at his friend's house, the friend along with two other people assaulted him and took his shoes and belt.
At one point, one of the suspects pointed a gun at the victim and threatened him, police said.
Around noon, detectives issued a search warrant for the home. Once inside, three people were arrested including two male teenagers.
A 14-year-old, 16-year-old, and one adult were taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.
The juvenile suspect's identities were not released due to their age. Wylie police identified the adult suspect as John Johnson of Jackson, Mississippi.
