DALLAS — The Dallas Police Department arrested and charged 19-year-old Dalon Griffin and 20-year-old Dominique Lee-Bolin with capital murder.
According to police, on April 13, officers responded to the 3100 block of Easter Avenue around 8:40 p.m. to the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, police say officers found 20-year-old Mavion Goldman inside a car, shot. He was taken to the hospital, but he later died.
According to police, officers also found a 14-year-old in a nearby apartment, also shot and took him to the hospital for treatment.
Officers also discovered there was a third victim, a 17-year-old, who was shot and taken to the hospital for treatment.
According to police, Goldman was reportedly shot when he was in the car, the 14-year-old was inside a home and the 17-year-old was outside.
Dallas PD says on July 10, Griffen was arrested and charged with capital murder and on July 11, Lee-Bolin was charged with the same offense as he was already in Dallas County Jail on an unrelated charge.
