CARROLLTON — Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in the shooting death of a Carrollton business owner.
Andrew Steven Gibson has been charged with capital murder.
According to police, Gibson encountered 37-year-old Alfred Armour as he attempted to burglarize Dynamic Reef Systems in the 1100 block of Lemay Drive during the early morning hours on Saturday.
Police say evidence led investigators to quickly identify Gibson as the suspect. Gibson was arrested at a business he owns Saturday night in the 1400 block of Halsey Way.
Gibson is being held in a Denton County Jail, where he's being held without bond.
