DALLAS There's a new place to shop in southeast Dallas; the Torre Vista Plaza opened Thursday at the northeast corner of Lake June Road and North Masters Drive.
The $8 million development is anchored by an El Rio Grande supermarket, and also includes includes clothing stores and restaurants.
Torre Vista restores a once vacant property by providing 160,000 square feet of badly needed retail space to a section of southern Dallas that has seen substantial growth since 2000.
