A software development company has shifted its headquarters to Irving from Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The business, iRely LLC, said on July 9 that the Dallas-area relocation will make international travel easier while allowing it to grow its team surrounded by a stout talent pool.

The Irving headquarters at 5221 N. O’Connor Blvd. in the Las Colinas area, which is already open, will also help the company foster connections with other technology companies in the Dallas area.

"Our new headquarters in Dallas is not just a change of address; it's a strategic move to strengthen our international presence," George Olney, president at iRely, said in a statement. "This location will serve as a central hub for our global operations, enhancing our ability to collaborate with clients and partners across different time zones."

A spokesperson for iRely did not respond to a request for comment.

Established in 2008, iRely provides software for commodity management, retail, grain operations, petroleum distribution and agribusinesses. The company has offices in New Jersey, California and Chicago and serves more than 500 customers across 25-plus countries, according to its LinkedIn profile. The company has between 200 and 500 total employees, according to its information on social media.

It's the latest company to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and one of many to land in Irving in recent years, along with McKesson Corp., Caterpillar Inc., and Darling Ingredients Inc. Caterpillar, now the largest DFW public company based on market capitalization, earlier this year disclosed plans to expand its office.
