We’ve had quite a growth spurt. After yet another year of adding more than 100,000 jobs, the Dallas-Irving-Plano-Fort Worth-Arlington region now accounts for almost 30% (29.73%, technically) of all the jobs in Texas. The number of jobs here is almost equal to adding up all the jobs in Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, McAllen, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, Killeen, Brownsville, College Station, and Waco combined.
Tax season is upon us
