DALLAS — Stillwater Capital Investments LLC is developing a new office building that will be its new headquarters.
The new four-story office building will be located at 4145 Travis Street, near Katy Trail north of Uptown.
Stillwater, a prominent North Texas real estate investment company, is partnering with Pacific Elm Properties, another North Texas-based developer, to co-develop the Oaklawn site.
Plans for the office building have been in the works since 2022.
According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction was anticipated to start in October of this year, but a spokesperson with Pacific Elm Properties told WFAA it likely won't start until early 2025.
According to Pacific Elm Properties' spokesperson, the office building will be roughly 60,000 square feet and will be around 50% preleased before construction even starts.
An attached parking garage will have three floors.
TDLR filings indicate the new building has an estimated cost of nearly $31 million.
