DALLAS — Construction has started on a new apartment complex in Downtown Dallas.
Centurion American Development Group is building The Parc on Jackson at the intersection of Jackson Street and South Harwood Street.
The seven-story building will feature 182 units including 45 two-bedroom and 137 one-bedroom apartments.
Rent is projected to go between $3.25-3.50 per square foot on average per month. The average square footage for an apartment will be 872 square feet.
CADG, a North Texas-based developer, says the project should wrap up construction Mid-2025.
Developers expect preleasing to start around July 2025. They expect the first residents to move in around October of the same year.
