The Cincinnati home of Jordan and Andy Dalton, the former Cincinnati Bengals and current Dallas Cowboys quarterback, has been sold.

The Daltons sold their five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home at 2898 Lower Grandin Road to an undisclosed buyer for $1.65 million.

Drew Homan and Ingrid Likes with Coldwell Banker West Shell were the listing agents. Julie Back, executive sales vice president with Sibcy Cline Realtors, represented the buyers.

The home, which the Daltons purchased in 2016 for a little more than $1 million, has been completely renovated.

Laura Hawk of LCH Interiors worked with the Daltons on the design and furnishings for the renovations, which also included extensive groundwork on the property. Kevin Gerbus with Gerbus Remodeling worked on the renovations.

The home has an expansive covered back patio with a fireplace and a three-car garage. Part of the renovation included the construction of a family foyer between the original home and the existing three-car garage.

The owners’ bedroom has an adjoining bathroom, dressing area and walk-in closet. The home also includes a finished lower level, with a wet bar and exercise room.

"The Daltons created the picture-perfect Cincinnati home," Likes said. "While we are sad to see them leave, we are glad that the owners will be able to enjoy the beautiful home."

Andy Dalton, who had been the Bengals starting quarterback for each of his nine seasons in the NFL, agreed to a one-year deal with the Cowboys earlier this year. Dalton played college football at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and lives in Dallas.

Back said the buyers are “thrilled to be able to purchase such a nice home in such a nice neighborhood.”
