On Thursday, the Dallas Business Journal revealed its rankings of the 2023 Best Places to Work at a luncheon, held at The Statler in Dallas.
Now in its 21st year, the Best Places to Work Awards honor the top workplaces across Dallas-Fort Worth and the broader North Texas region. The honored companies had the highest employee survey scores among their peer companies in their size categories.
The companies that took the No. 1 spots in each category received the highest employee survey scores based on an index created by Quantum Workplace. The highest possible survey score is 100.
- PrideStaff & PrideStaff Financial grabbed the No. 1 spot in the micro category with a survey score of 98.6.
- Unity Search came out on top of the small category with a survey score of 98.8.
- True North Advisors LLC secured the No. 1 spot in the medium category with a survey score of 96.1.
- MYCON General Contractors Inc. snagged No. 1 in the large category with a survey score of 95.6.
- Cenutry 21 Judge Fite rolled into the No. 1 spot in the extra large category with a survey score of 92.9.
Organizations are sorted into categories based on their respective employee counts across five categories: micro, consisting of companies with 10 to 24 employees; small, with 25-49 employees; medium, with 50 to 249 employees; large, with 250 to 499 employees; and extra large, with 500 or more employees.
The gallery shows all of this year's top 100 workplaces divided into size categories and presented in ranking order by survey score.
In 2022, the Business Journal honored 101 companies from across North Texas. The list of winners was whittled down from hundreds of nominations with 17,755 total employees taking part in the survey.
