Amazon is bringing one of its newest physical store concepts to the Dallas area.
The massive online retailer has slated what's called "4-star" for North Texas, according to an Amazon spokesperson.
The 4-star concept specializes in providing a variety of products that have achieved a rating of four stars or higher on Amazon's website. There are just three other such stores in the U.S. listed on Amazon's website, including in SoHo in New York, Lone Tree, Colo., and Berkeley, Calif.

"We are excited to be bringing Amazon 4-star to the Dallas area, and we are currently hiring for a store manager," an Amazon spokesperson said in an emailed response to questions. "Stay tuned for additional details down the road."
A job posting on Amazon's website says it is seeking a store manager for the Dallas area, and then specifically tags Frisco. The company posted the opening earlier this month.
The spokesperson did not comment on the address for the Dallas area 4-star.
4-star stores include consumer electronics, toys, home-related items, toys, and games, according to the retailer's website.
