A Decatur home boasting a helicopter hangar and two pools has hit the market for about $14 million.

The mansion, dubbed Casa de Fe, or House of Faith, acts as a self-sufficient compound surrounded by 25.3 fenced acres. The 9,600-square-foot home, located at 2721 Old Decatur Road, comes equipped with a solar farm, its own well, septic and a 1,700-gallon propane tank, enabling off-the-grid luxury living.

The property contains additional amenities including a sports court for pickleball, tennis or basketball, a driving range, a helipad, an outdoor meditation deck, a picnic area and concrete benches out of the original Neiman-Marcus house in Dallas, according to a news release.

Casa de Fe, built in 2017, backs up against tens of thousands of acres of natural grassland. The modern Spanish-style mansion comes equipped with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and three half-baths, according to a brochure.

The master suite contains a walk-in closet area with an approximately $100,000 closet system and a custom island with 30 drawers. An outdoor kitchen has the grilling capacity to cook 40 steaks at a time. Potential buyers who prefer to cook indoors have plenty of capacity, too, with a big, gourmet kitchen that has six ovens. Casa de Fe also contains a home movie theater.

Melody Taylor, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Southlake, is listing the home.

The home lies within about 30 minutes of Fort Worth and two miles from an 18-hole golf course. Additional features within the home include a Parisian guest villa, a 3,200-square-foot pool house and a fitness center.
