Jeweler goes viral after crafting Taylor Swift's 'TNT' diamond bracelet

Wove has gone viral after the singer was spotted wearing the diamond bracelet at Sunday's AFC Championship.

LANCASTER, Pa. — From beads to diamonds, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship has come a long way.

It turns out that a Lancaster-based jeweler is playing a small part in the couple's love story.

Wove, a venture-backed startup, crafted the diamond bracelet that Travis gifted to his girlfriend inside its Prince Street workshop.

“Travis wanted to give Taylor a special gift that was customized to their relationship," said Drew Wolgemuth, the founder of Wove.

The 4.62-carat piece, worth more than $6,500, features the letters “TNT."

“It’s not our story to tell, but our speculation is that it’s 'Travis ‘n Taylor,'" said Wolgemuth.

The tennis bracelet is part of a custom collection the company has with pro golfer Michelle Wie, who happens to be friends with Kelce.

“We shipped the bracelet back in December," said Wolgemuth. "[But] we weren’t quite sure if she had received it yet or not.”

But at Sunday’s AFC Championship, the bracelet was spotted on Taylor’s wrist during the televised postgame celebration, turning the world upside down for the e-commerce jewelry shop.

“We’re all hands on deck trying to react to this from a PR perspective but also an ordering perspective," said Wolgemuth. "Our jewelry sales are up over 450 percent, our website traffic is up over 2,500 percent so we’re really just trying to play catch up and are along for the ride.”

Travis also had a matching bracelet made for himself at Wove.

His wrist is, of course, a little wider than hers, so the diamonds had to be bigger.

“It’s a little bit over ten carats total diamond weight and both bracelets are in yellow gold," explained Wolgemuth.

And what does Wove’s founder think about making a possible engagement ring for the couple someday?

“We never disclose our client’s intentions or projects they’re working on with Wove but we’d be more than happy to work with Travis on a custom engagement ring," said Wolgemuth. "That’s our specialty and we’d love to work with him again.”
