KRUM, Texas — A North Texas Sonic Drive-In crew was just named the best in the nation for customer service.
Each year, thousands of Sonic Drive-In crews across the country compete against each other over several months in a series of trainings and competitions.
After this year's competition, the Sonic crew from the Krum location at 1221 E. McCart St. was named the top spot in the nation. They previously took home second place in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
