DALLAS — A restaurant in Dallas' Deep Ellum neighborhood announced their sudden closure.

Tuesday, Federales posted that after two years in business, they were closing their doors "effective immediately."

The restaurant's website shows only their closure announcement, which was also posted to their Instagram with comments turned off.

However, this isn't the end of Federales.

The taco-club scene combo chain is owned by Chicago hospitality group Four Corners. The company operates three additional Federales locations in Chicago and Denver. An additional location is listed as "coming soon" to Nashville on their website.

The closure does mark a massive opening in the heart of Dallas' bustling Deep Ellum neighborhood, which suffered another large space vacancy when Deep Ellum Brewing Co. closed its taproom and brewhouse in May.
