RICHARDS, Texas — The Richardson Humane Society announced Tuesday its animal shelter is at capacity.
In a social media post, the organization said the “code red” situation may lead to some “very, very difficult choices” Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Humane Society shared photos of some of the dogs that “may not be with” them by Wednesday. The organization is asking anyone who is willing to foster and/or adopt a pet to come forward.
