What’s the proper course of action if Santa Claus gets pulled over after partying this holiday season?
That’s the question Bryan Wilson, the Fort Worth lawyer-turned viral sensation, is out to answer in his fifth “Texas Law Hawk” commercial released Sunday -- but only after blow-torching an ice sculpture and yelling at the top of his lungs in a Santa hat in the Fort Worth water gardens, of course.
Wilson took the internet by storm with his first outrageous commercial, boasting his “talons of justice,” in October of last year. Since then, he’s landed a Super Bowl ad spot and millions of video views online.
In the fifth commercial, dubbed “Texas Law Hawk on Ice,” an officer pulls over a man in a Santa outfit riding in a sleigh. It then shows a conversation between Santa and the officer, in which poor responses are labeled “Naughty” and proper responses are “Nice.”
Wilson ends the commercial by urging people to “remain polite, refuse consent to searches, and ask for your attorney instead of resisting.”
