DALLAS — TEGNA and the Dallas Mavericks are partnering to locally broadcast a number of the team's remaining games in the 2023-2024 NBA season.
This will lead to a handful of programming changes for some WFAA programming.
Tonight, the Dallas Mavericks' matchup against the Chicago Bulls will tip off at 7 p.m. following a 6:30 p.m. pregame show that will broadcast after "WFAA News at 6."
This means that ABC programs "The Bachelor" and "Bad Romance: A Special Edition of 20/20" will not be airing on WFAA's main channel at their usual time this week.
Tonight's "The Bachelor" episode will instead air at 7 p.m. on WFAA's over-the-air 8.2 broadcast signal, followed by "Bad Romance: A Special Edition of 20/20" at 9 p.m. Antenna users can follow this link for detailed instruction for how to make sure their TV picks up those 8.2 channel broadcasts.
"The Bachelor" will re-air on WFAA's main channel at 2:11 a.m. for the late-night crowds and those wanting to set up recordings on their DVR-enabled devices.
"Bad Romance: A Special Edition of 20/20" will only air on 8.2 at 9 p.m.
Both "The Bachelor" and "Bad Romance: A Special Edition of 20/20" will be available to watch on Hulu starting Tuesday morning.
