Creed adds 2nd North Texas stop to 'Are You Ready?' tour

The Grammy Award-winning rock band has extended their tour 20 additional dates, including a stop in North Texas.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Grammy Award-winning rock band, Creed, has announced additional tour dates for their upcoming tour, which includes two stops in North Texas.

Creed was set to go on a 40-plus stop "Summer of '99" tour, but then added another 20 arena dates, calling the additions the “Are You Ready Tour?”. Kicking off in November, the "Are You Ready?" tour will make a stop to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth on Wednesday, Nov. 13, with special guests 3 Doors Down and Mammoth WVH.

Creed was already set to come to Dos Equis Pavilion on Wednesday, Sept. 11 as part of the "Summer of '99" tour.

Creed's tour comes amid a resurgence in the national limelight, some in North Texas would argue thanks in part to the Texas Rangers' World Series run. Creed's popularity has also been spotlighted in their recent appearance in Paramount's Super Bowl commercial.
