The 24th season of "The Bachelor" premiered at 7 p.m. Monday with a "blockbuster three-hour special" on ABC.
And there were multiple Texan women competing for Pilot Peter's heart.
Twenty-seven-year-old Avonlea is a cattle rancher from Fort Worth, according to her bio on the show's website.
She lived on a ranch until she was 13, graduated college with a degree in ranch management and now works in the family cattle ranching business, as well as a model for local designers.
"Every time Avonlea milks one of her cows, she thanks it for its hard work," her biography reads.
Twenty-three-year-old Deandra is a home care coordinator from Plano, her bio said. A Texas native, she grew up in Maine and has 10 siblings.
"Her favorite feeling in the world is being the center of attention and, according to her mom, she thrives in the spotlight," her bio said.
Twenty-five-year-old Jasmine is a client relations manager from Houston. She volunteers at her church on Sundays and speaks fluent Vietnamese, which is her family is from, according to her biography.
And, if a man can get her Chick-fil-A on a Sunday, she says she'll consider proposing to him.
The man of her dreams? Someone who can help her build a table, the bio said.
Twenty-seven-year-old Savannah, also from Houston, is "hoping to find her hero in Peter," her bio says.
"This successful realtor loves being the center of attention and says that she has a bad habit of laughing at inappropriate moments," it said.
She calls herself "The Turtle Princess."
Twenty-four-year-old Alayah rounds out the Texas contingent. The orthodontist assistant from San Antonio was Miss Texas 2019 and loves to be on Reddit, according to her bio.
She loves Texas longhorns, calling them her spirit animal in the bio.
"Will this pageant girl be on good terms with the other ladies or will familiar faces from her past resurface?"
Time will tell.
