ARLINGTON, Texas — If you have any kids wanting to visit Fright Fest at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington next month, make sure you or an adult are with them, as the theme park is implementing a new chaperone policy.
The policy will be implemented on Saturday, Sept. 7.
It means all guests 15 years old or younger will need to be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older in order to be let into the park or to remain in the park, after 4 p.m. until closing time on Fright Fest nights.
Chaperones will be required to show a valid photo ID with their date of birth in order to gain entry. Each chaperone is limited to no more than 10 guests under the age of 16 and must stay with those guests during the visit to the park.
Any guests under the age of 16 found without a chaperone inside the park may be escorted outside the park gates.
This requirement applies to all ticket and season pass holders at Six Flags Over Texas.
