Lucky, lucky Texas... The Lone Star state will have three chances to see Sam Smith in person later this year.
The singer just announced concert dates for the North American leg of their "Gloria" world tour. The album itself will be released worldwide on Jan. 27, and the European leg of the tour will kick off in April with singer-songwriter Cat Burns.
Sam Smith will get on the Midnight Train and kick off their North American tour in late July, but they'll bring their Nirvana to Texas starting in early September.
Little sailors in Austin get to stay with them first at Moody Center on Tuesday, Sept. 5. They'll then bring the thrill of it all to Fort Worth's Dickies Arena for Thursday, Sept. 7. After that, they'll be doing something unholy in Houston's Toyota Center on Friday, Sept. 8.
All three shows will also include guest performer Jessie Reyez.
General tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13. If you're reading this article on Jan. 5, you can check Sam Smith's Instagram story to get the password for their pre-sale tickets. Those will be available on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 9 a.m.
