If that got you, you probably won't be prepared for the several haunted houses across DFW that are sure to make you jump and scream!
North Texas goes all out for Halloween. Many of the haunted houses listed below are nationally-recognized for their ability to get your heart pumping! If you're looking to get a good scare this spooky season, look no further.
Here's a full list of haunted houses across Dallas-Fort Worth:
Where: 510 Harwood Rd., Bedford
When: Weekends Sept. 27 - Oct. 27, Oct. 29 - Oct. 31
Moxley Manor Haunted House is back this fall with three haunted houses to choose from: Moxley Manor, Regan's Revenge and Big Top Terror.
Where: Howell Farms, 4016 W. Division St., Arlington
When: Sept. 19–Oct. 31, Time slots open at 7 p.m. in September and 6 p.m. in October
Pumpkin Nights are back for 2024 in Arlington! Attendees can really get into the spooky spirit with a Halloween walking path featuring 10-foot-tall Jack-o-Lanterns, a pumpkin pirate ship and other pumpkin art displays.

When: Sept. 13 - Nov. 3
Six Flags Over Texas unleashed its ghoulish lineup for this year's Fright Fest, bringing horror fans thrills from The Conjuring, Stranger Things, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and more.

When: Every weekend in October
Zombie Safari offers a real first-person shooter experience for anyone wanting a good scare this Halloween! Load up onto a haunted hayride and shoot zombies with paintball guns...enough said!
Where: 1701 E. Lancaster Ave., Fort Worth
When: Dates vary, check the Cutting Edge schedule for times
Located in an abandoned meat packing plant, Cutting Edge Haunted House puts on a frightening show in Fort Worth. With multiple stories and themes, there's sure to be something that spooks anyone you bring!
Where: 2511 FM 66, Waxahachie
When: Oct. 4 - Nov. 2, Fridays & Saturdays 7 p.m. - 1 a.m.
With five haunted houses to choose from, Screams Park has a variety of options sure to make you scream! Outside of haunts, they have stage shows, walk-through attractions and a Monster Museum.
Where: 2411 Plainview Road, Midlothian
When: Fridays & Saturdays in Oct., 7:30 p.m. - midnight
Creekside Manor has four different spooky attractions: The Manor, The Zombie Fallout, The CarnEVIL World of Clowns, and the T.W. Bass Insane Asylum. Admission to all four attractions is included with the price of admission.

Dark Hour Haunted House is consistently one of the top-ranked haunted houses in Texas. They have creatures hiding around every corner to give you a good fright. Plus, you can become the monster yourself with their VIP experience.
Where: 1002 Lone Star Parkway, Gate 1, Grand Prairie

This year, Reindeer Manor has a new home in Alliance Skate Park in Grand Prairie's Lone Star Park. With the new home comes a whole new look for their 49th year in operation, but they promise the same level of detail and horror!

2024 marks 10 years in business for the J & F House of Terror. It's a haunted house maze that is built up each year so it's never the same!
Where: 8550 W. University Drive, Denton
When: Oct. 4 - Nov. 2, hours vary
The Parker House features two fun attractions. One is the Parker House, a walk-through haunted house experience. The other is Outbreak, a ride around the property where you'll have to shoot paintball guns to defeat zombies and other monsters.

When: Sept. 21 - Nov. 2, hours vary
Thrillvania is a horror theme park that's been running in North Texas for 28 years! Since 1996, they've offered haunted house experiences in Terrell. Take a walk through the haunted Verdun Manor and learn the twisted tail of Baron Michael Verdun!
Where: 2700 Sylvan Ave., Dallas | 311 Elm St., Fort Worth
When: Weekends in October, 8 p.m. - midnight
This year, Junkyard Haunted House is hosting two haunted houses for both Dallas and Fort Worth! They're keeping the Dallas location in Oak Cliff, but a new location is coming to Elm St. in Fort Worth. At either house, you'll get to take a walk through a home filled with spooky surprises and heart-pounding scares!
