ROCKWALL, Texas — Throw on some fun, colorful attire and head over to the Hometown Christmas Festival in Historic Downtown Rockwall.
Enjoy real snow play areas, bounce houses, a puppet performance and pictures with Santa or the Grinch. You can stroll and explore nostalgic wintery scenes, shop the holiday market and seasonal boutiques too.
When:
Saturday, Dec. 2
Goliad St. - Historic Downtown Rockwall
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Come checkout festive treats, food truck vendors, find Frosty Scavenger Hunts, balloon artists, small train rides and live local entertainment.
From 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. : Stop by WFAA Family First area, visit with WFAA's Tiffany Liou and Paige McCoy
Admission is free!
All ages are welcome.
Before the Festival:
9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 54th Annual Kiwanis Parade
Get into the holiday spirit and ring in the season celebrating with more than 100 local floats traveling from the Rockwall County Courthouse to Historic Downtown Rockwall.
After the Festival:
6 p.m. - 8 p.m. 40th Annual Tree Lighting - City Hall Campus
Sip hot chocolate, enjoy sweet treats, crafts, live music and holiday sounds from the Steve Story Band.
