Act fast! Tickets for Addison Kaboom Town expected to sell out

Tickets for the annual event will go on sale Wednesday, but you have to act quickly because seating is limited and sells out each year.

ADDISON, Texas — Are you ready for a Texas-sized Independence Day bash?

Tickets for the 40th Annual Addison Kaboom Town go on sale Wednesday, but you have to act quickly because seating is limited and sells out each year.

Each year, about 500,000 spectators from across the country will gather in this North Texas town to view the Addison Airport Airshow followed by the 25-minute spectacular fireworks display, which is considered one of the best in the nation.

Families viewing the fireworks from Addison Circle Park will enjoy festival food, beverages and a fun zone area for the kids. The park is right next to Addison Airport and west of the University of Texas at Dallas.

However, before the fireworks, there’ll be live music from one of the hottest country dance bands in Texas, Big City Outlaws, and Texas’ most popular party band, Emerald City, who will also perform after the fireworks.

Don't fret if you have no luck claiming a ticket. The world-renowned fireworks can be seen from anywhere in town with watch parties at many of Addison’s 200+ restaurants. A list of watch parties will be available on the website closer to the event.

Tickets will be available to the public at Noon on June 5 at AddisonKaboomTown.com.
