A Dallas women's team won a national championship this month. Jamie Jorgensen scored the only goal as the Turbo D'Feeters topped Eclipse Select of Illinois, 1-0, to win the Women's Amateur Cup at the National Cup Finals in Seattle. The Dallas team advanced through state and regional competition to get to the finals, held Aug. 7-10.
