A missing woman's SUV has been found in Grapevine Lake, two weeks after the 66-year-old woman drove away from her home.
Authorities found a woman's body inside the vehicle after pulling the SUV out of the lake.
They did not confirm whether the body is that of Joyce Payne, who left her home May 3 without her purse, cellphone or medications.
Investigators using sonar equipment located the car in the lake about 400 feet from the shore. A dive team confirmed the license plate on the Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV matches that of Payne's vehicle, Grapevine police said.
