BEDFORD -- Two people were injured Friday afternoon after two homes in Bedford caught fire.
Officials say the two-alarm fire began at 9 Coffee Tavern Road, off Bedford Road and just east of Brown Trail, before 1 p.m. Wind caused the flames to spread to another house nearby, crews said.
One injured person was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. Another person was taken to a hospital in the Mid-Cities.
