MESQUITE -- A second person connected to a church in Mesquite has been arrested for sexual assault of a child.
Mesquite police received a report last month of a possible inappropriate relationship between Larry Winn, 65, and a teenage girl. The victim made an outcry of sexual assault, police said, that took place about three years ago when she was 16.
Winn was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child. His bond has been set at $25,000.
Police say Winn works as the bus director at Open Door Baptist Church in Mesquite, the same church where youth volunteer Steven Winn was arrested for child sex assault last month.
The Star-Telegram confirms the two are father and son.
Mesquite PD is asking any other possible victims of Larry Winn's to come forward.
